owner through a MBO (Management Buy Out) or
through an MBI (Management Buy In).
In the case of an MBO, where one or more
employees buy the company, in which they are

its assistance with the price setting of the
company as well as offering any other
assistance and support to the seller and
buyer, respectively, in order to finance the
transaction in an optimal way.

want to go into business for themselves by
purchasing a company (MBI).
