It has to be emphasized, that it is only a rough price indication, as setting the "right" price of a company is a time consuming process. The following information is normally needed to give a price indication:

• Company data (address, phone, website, email, number of staff, ownership etc.) 
• Company activities (market, customers, competitors, products, production, distribution, suppliers, agents and distributors etc.) 
• Last 2 years annual accounts with specifications or internal accounts 
• Budgets and estimates for current year as to sales and profits 
• Information on customers taking more than 30% of the companies annual sales 
• Buildings, rental agreements and ownership of buildings 
• Information on owner compensation and other owner related questions (employed family members etc.)
• Information as to company dependence on owner
